And I am back! Not that long a gap, thankfully. Finally found some time to sing at least one of the lyrics I wrote last year. From Vampire Knight Guilty, this is 'Suna no Oshiro' or as I titled this, 'Castle of Sand'.

Darn, singing the chorus was tough. The verse was a lot of fun, though I could not keep the creepiness factor in as well as the other Kanon Wakeshima song, "Still Doll". Ah well... at least I finally have this up! I hope you enjoy this! ^^

And here's another one to last you until my next update. This was a request around last year, and I decided to give it a try as I found the lyrics uplifting.

Singing this was tough, as the original singer was pretty high pitched. So I decided to play it safe and lower the pitch as I sang, which was still tricky but at least I managed to not sound like a screeching monkey. I sang this despite being really tired so by the end of the song I was exhausted! But ah well, better something than not having anything up at all.

Enjoy! I hope the lyrics did some justice. I kept changing certain lines so I hope this final version works.

Negai ga Kanau Basho

Aaaaaaand I'm back! *gets pelted with rotten vegetables and tomatoes* Eep! Okay, I know I disappeared for over half a year now. Like I said, I've started working and well, trying to find time myself has gotten even harder than before.

Thankfully, even though I've lost my past lyrics, I haven't quite given up on writing lyrics just yet. I'm gonna keep trying, even if it takes far longer than it should! Even if my voice fades and becomes unbearable, I hope my lyrics prevails. Thank you all for the amazing support!

Here's my latest offering. This is the vocal version of "Negai ga Kanau Basho" or "The Place Where Wishes Come True" in English. There is a soundtrack version available in CLANNAD's soundtrack, but the vocal version was never used, which is a pity as it's really a beautiful song. I recommend listening to the vocal version first by clicking here.

I sang this acapella as I couldn't find a good instrumental to fit the vocal version. Plus, I'd rather sing it in my pitch rather than being high pitched and sounding weird. So here's what you get... The volume's a bit loud as I messed up the settings so do set your volume to low while listening to this.

Risen from the Dead!

Hey everyone! I'm not sure how many of you had missed me. I certainly have missed creating English fandubs... and I'm sorry for being so slow on updates.

The reason why updates are going to be scarce and slow now is because I lost almost all of my lyrics when my first and even my second laptop was stolen last year in a span of the last 6 months. Things have been hard for me as well as I took a job that didn't give me enough time and freedom to indulge in this.

I'm going to do my best to rewrite and start my work from scratch... as well as resing most of my works as sadly, putfile is now not available, and YouTube is one of the few reliable ones I can use. 4shared is also another option I intend to use but it will take time for me to upload most of my work.

For now, Fields of Hope has been updated. I intend to sing more past lyrics soon as well.

Till then, I thank you for the amazing support you've given me the past years. ^^

Just an update and in need of opinions...

Hello everyone! No, I'm not dead. I'm terribly sorry for the lack of updates but real life has seriously taken a toll on me. If I'm not sick, I'm either really busy with assignments or my flatmates are studying and I don't want to disturb them by singing. Anyways, this is just a short update as I will be away for about a month (which means I won't be online during that period).

Why? Because I'm heading to Japan, people! :3 I'm going to Japan as part of an extra studies to learn the language and also more about the Japanese culture. I'll be gone from mid June to July so yeah, I'll probably be occasionally online but I won't have as much time to check on my Youtube and answer any requests or questions. Once I'm back in Malaysia in July, I'll be busy trying to look for work but hopefully I'll find the time to sing, so yes, do look out for me in July.

Also, I really, really need your opinion on this. A fandubber out there mixed my lyrics with another person's English lyrics to make their own fandub. Have a look.

I honestly do not know how to react to this when this person didn't even ask my permission to use my lyrics that way (I searched through all comments and even personal messages and found no history of even speaking to this person). This person credited me well enough, but I don't quite appreciate having my lyrics cut and paste for convenience like that. But then again, I can't fully claim the lyrics as they're still based on the Japanese one. Should I just ignore the person then? I was credited after all, I just don't like the fact that because the other English version wasn't a full version she decided to cut and paste mine for convenience to sing a full version. So yes, opinions on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.

As I sit here right now, typing this out, I am blowing my nose and coughing my lungs out. Yes, I have fallen sick again as usual. This has become so common, it's getting annoying. I have 10 lyrics done and have neither the time or the means to sing them and upload them. And I feel terrible cause most of them are requests too. Please bear with me, guys! I'll get them up as soon as I get better!

But for this one song, I got the help of a good friend of mine, Reina, to sing. As I had written an English version for a Hello!Project song, whom she is a big fan of, I asked whether she would be interested in singing it and she jumped on it. XD

I'm not sure if you guys are all right with the fact of me not singing my own lyrics. Trust me, I really want to, and I probably will later on if there are requests to do so, but for now my Uni and health comes first.

This song is my most favourite song ever from the group Buono!, whom I am a big fan of as well. Writing English lyrics for Hello!Project groups is turning out be quite challenging, as they're so catchy on their own in Japanese, it's often hard to try and convey it in English. So I hope the lyrics for this one makes good enough sense.

Also, Reina did her best in singing this and I think she did an amazing job singing this without me guiding her at all! Do check out her other dubs on her YouTube channel, where she puts up her fandubs of H!P songs and others as well. ^^

A big thank you and some updates...

I guess when times are dark and when everything you receive seems to point downwards, you tend to fall even further. I'm sorry for my moment of weakness and for letting those harsh comments get to me so much that I forgot that there are people who really do enjoy my works and especially for my singing. Honestly, I'm not a great singer but to know that there are those who like me for who I am is comforting.

So thank you again to everyone who has supported my works and have found some form of joy from it. It is people like you who keep me going.

Now on to some updates. I have resung "When someone wishes" or "Dareka no Negai ga Kanau Koro" by Utada Hikaru. The one I had uploaded on Putfile was deleted without my knowledge and I had lost the original file when my computer crashed long ago. So it really needed to be resung. You can check it out now on YouTube.

Also, I would like to request that those who subscribe to me through FeedBlitz to seriously unsubscribe. The amount of updates it gives when I have clearly not updated, let even touch my blog, is ridiculous. And the last thing I want is for you to be spammed with updates when nothing has changed at all.

For those who still want updates from me can do so through my YouTube account or if you specifically want only my English Fandubs (as I do normal Fandubs as well), there's always my Playlist.

If you don't have a YouTube account and still want to know when I have updated (especially since I'm known for disappearing for months), a discussion is needed. Would you prefer RSS or direct emails? As much as I want to depend on some direct email service, it's all too confusing and may produce the same mistake as FeedBlitz does. So I may need to collect all emails who are interested, create a group and email all of you myself. If you prefer RSS, I'll see what I can do about it. Until then, YouTube is the best for now.

Due to recent complaints about my singing voice, I am now considering deleting the videos on YouTube. Or at least removing the audio or replace it with a karaoke version instead.

It has been really disheartening for me lately to have my works looked down upon because of my singing... and that isn't the point of why I do this. I do this to write lyrics for everyone to sing along and have fun with the songs they love in a language they understand. Sadly, YouTube being YouTube, there will always be idiots who comment without thinking or caring.

But the last thing I want is for people to not even bother about the lyrics just cause my voice is bad. So I am now considering removing the videos or leaving it there but with the audio of me singing removed. It will still be linked to my blog though.

I wish people would understand that it isn't easy for me to sing. And as much as I want to take singing lessons and improve, I do have a life and I do not have the money or the means to take lessons. Most of the songs I sing here are sung past 1am where I actually sacrifice my time of rest to do all this. So to be told off and to even be told I'm ruining the song is pretty heartbreaking. My voice is limited. I don't have the most awesome voice ever.

With that in mind, I would like to ask a few questions:

1. Is it ok if I delete or remove the vids deemed terrible due to my singing?

2. Should I just remove the audio of me singing while I retain the links to this blog so that those who really have an interest in me singing can hear me sing it in putfile?

3. Should I stop singing altogether and merely post up the lyrics here without me guiding?

4. If my singing is bad, or it doesn't suit the song, should I still attempt to resing it? Or leave it be?

Any other opinions or suggestions as to how I can handle this problem is MUCH welcome. I appreciate the "You sing well, you just need lessons/practice" comments but please consider that I am currently studying and also have my own life to worry about. Thank you.

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well. Yes, as mentioned in the announcements below, I am currently out of my hiatus and will slowly be posting up my work. My singing is still pretty bad and my mic still sucks but I hope this will suffice for now.

I loooove Kanon Wakeshima and can't help but compare her music to this game's soundtrack "American McGee's Alice" which I adore a lot. So upon hearing this song for Vampire Knight, I was hooked.

Hello everyone! Yes, I am now off my hiatus for now... I still haven't sung all the songs that I've written but so far I do have one done so I might as well share it with you. XD Hopefully, I'll get more done soon. So do look out for that!

Also, I'm sure you've noticed by now that I have now changed this blog's layout to something much more fun than the last. XD I hope you all like it!

Hey everyone! How are you all?

Yes, I'm currently in Perth furthering my studies. Life has been pretty rough here for now though I have to admit, learning here has been refreshing. Sadly, I'm having issues trying to fit in, which seems to always be a problem every time I'm in some place new (go figure).

During this time though, I have managed to write almost 7 English versions and still have a few more left to complete. There are also requests completed but my main problem remains the same...

I can't sing. XD

Now, this is mostly due to the fact that I'm finding it hard to find a place where I can sing without being disturbed or disturbing anyone. That, and the mic that I have sucks. So this is posing to be a big problem for me to get my works out. But there is still hope!

It seems that I will be returning to my country, Malaysia, this December and thus it will be a perfect time for me to snag my mic back at home (which does a better job than the one I have now) and sing in a place where I feel comfortable the most and have done all my recordings at.

So yes, look out for December and even a layout change for this blog (which desperately needs a change from the dark and gray colours) and pray that I don't screw up the songs somehow. ^^

This is my last offering before I leave and it's a really personal one. Thanks to a commenter on YouTube who recommended the brilliant green to me, I stumbled upon this song and fell in love with it instantly.

As the days grew closer to my departure, I had a lot of mixed feelings about it especially about the fact that I'm leaving all my friends here. And this song just suited perfectly somehow. So I felt compelled to write an English version so that they can get the message I wish to convey to them. And that is to always "stand by me" and that I treasure them dearly.

My singing isn't pitch perfect as usual. I sang this around 2-3am and my cough was acting up. But I did my best, I guess. I don't know when will I sing the next time. I worry that my life in Perth would make it tough. But here's to being hopeful that things will work out somehow, right? ^^

Third offering! Another NANA song! *is so happy* Ok, ok, I know... there's already an official English version to this song. But I couldn't help it... whenever I hear the Japanese version, I can already form an English version based on that alone. It's not to say the official English version is bad, but I really wanted to make an English version based on the Japanese one.

Here's my second offering for the day! (There's more to come) This time from the anime Bleach! This is also the second song I've done from Younha and my gosh... I think it's pretty obvious I can't sing any Younha songs. I sound horrible! >__< I admit, I really don't like my singing here and wish I could resing it. But no matter how many times I record, I still sound bad.

Hopefully, the lyrics will be able to redeem itself. Though I think they're really messy and sound awkward in English. I guess it's worth a try? I really think it's not my best work though. *sigh* Oh well.

For the first time, I am gonna put up not one, not two, but FOUR new songs here!

The reason? I'm transferring to Perth, Australia, next week to further my studies. -___- I knew it was coming sooner or later, but time passed by so quickly that I'm rushing to finish things as soon as I can. (How predictable... Lol!) Which includes putting up all the works that I've completed so far.

To be honest, MOST of them need to be resung as I sound horrible in a lot of them. But I don't have the time for it so I thought 'what the heck' and did it anyways. I can't keep them forever and who knows... maybe one nice person might sing some of my works, right? And give my lyrics a voice they deserve! I hope... >__<

Hey everyone! How are you? Yup, I've written another English version. Not a request (sorry) though I did finish some. The problem? I haven't been well enough to sing. The weather here has been really hot and I'm constantly tired or falling ill. So it was hard to sing lately.

I DID try to sing it but I'm planning on resinging them. So please be patient and thank you for the support!

The latest one that I did is from the anime La Corda d'Oro which I'm watching recently. I thought the Opening song was beautiful and decided to write an English version. I hope the lyrics are ok, I wrote this quite a while back and just my luck, I can't help but think I could've used different words. But it's too late now. XD

And my singing still has a lot to be desired... I really thought of resinging this but I just can't stall any longer can I? Especially since I've already recorded it and well... I don't think I'd sound any prettier soon. XD But I hope you guys appreciate my intent!

Finally! An update! Sadly... it's not a request so I'm sorry for those who have been waiting patiently for their requests. Some of them are done, but singing them will take time. So do be patient~!

Anyways, if you haven't guessed by the title, this is "Suteki Da Ne", a song from the game Final Fantasy X. No, I never played any Final Fantasy series... but this song is gorgeous and hearing it again, I just had to make an English version.

The lyrics may seem awkward but then again, I tried to make sure the meanings in Japanese were kept yet brought in another way... whether or not the lyrics make sense will depend on you.

So... how many of you have been receiving the emails that my blog has been updated when it hasn't even been touched? -__- I truly apologize for that. I should've known that service sucked. For the moment, I've paused it and may even drop it but I'm having problems getting a replacement. So... if anyone has suggestions as to what I can use to alert all of you (would you like me to send out mass emails? In which, I add you to my email group list and email all of you for any updates? Is that a good idea?), any programs and such... please let me know? I'd be really grateful!

Life has been really hectic for me. I've been attending a couple of anime events here in my country, Malaysia, and even participated in some karaoke competitions. Well... guess what? XD I finally won first place for one karaoke competition! I sang "God knows..." from the anime The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. And after that, I was invited to sing the song again at another anime event... this time with a live band! It was so incredibly amazing!

Let's just say I feel really blessed that I gained a little recognition for my singing... but I still don't think I'm meant to be a singer or anything. I just like to sing... XD that's all. I DO however, love writing. And I have been writing lyrics lately!! It's just hard for me to sing with my hectic schedule and the fact that I recently fell sick again with a sore throat just doesn't help.

Plus, I still have a couple of songs to re-sing! Aaah!! I'm sorry to everyone who has been waiting patiently for their requests. I am working on them, I really am.

Finally able to put it up on this blog! I actually finished this quite a while ago but eheh... took my time to put it up. Sorry about that!

After uploading this on YouTube I found out that there has already been an official English version of the song out by FUNimation. I didn't realize that they have one already! And they change the chorus slightly which is quite cool... but I'm keeping my version regardless, cause truth be told I loved writing this. The song has such a beautiful meaning behind each word and I tried my best to capture it all in English. I hope I managed to do that!

So! I was on a singing spree these past few days. Blame it on stress or procrastination (I have 3 assignments due next week) but I really had this strong urge to sing lately and well... I decided to put it to some benefit. Mind you, I'm still no pro. But I decided to sing what I can cause as they say, "it's now or never".

Songs that have been re-sung and edited already are:

- Sayonara
- Scarlet
- Koi Kaze
- Rewrite

Songs that still need to be re-sung are "Tooi Kono Machi De", "Amurita" (maybe) and sadly... "When someone wishes". It seems that Putfile has deleted that song for some reason and sadly, I did not save this file. -___- And I thought I sang that pretty well, too... All gone! *sniff* Oh well... I'll do my best again! ^^

And seeing as Putfile can be quite unpredictable, I took a friend's advice and have now begun uploading on YouTube. So far two songs have been uploaded on YouTube, "Sayonara" and "I Love You". You can expect the rest to be uploaded soon as well once I have the time. I will also create a playlist so that you guys can subscribe to that as well. I think it's a little off to subscribe to my whole account cause I do tend to post up all sorts of videos and not just one type. And though I do make AMVs, I find it more of a chore to do than writing these, so don't expect anything fancy with the songs uploaded on YouTube! This is why I only take requests for songs and not AMVs. ^^;;;;

Why do I always want to start my posts here with apologies? Yes, I know... it's been months since my last song. I have put a lot of my fancreations on hold due to my really hectic life. I lost some of my inspiration to write and also my ability to sing well. Not that I can sing beautifully now but at least I have a little more confidence now than before. I think. XD

Well, you can expect more songs from me sooner or later. I have written a couple of songs lately that have been in my head, and some I wrote long ago but never took the time to sing it. Again, I can never confirm when but it will come gradually.

I'd like to thank Raine for her great support over my works and especially during my karaoke competition where I sang "LUCY" from the anime NANA. Your support means the world to me, Raine! Thank you so much!

On to the song. I think someone has requested for this song before but I can't remember who, but I have always wanted to write an English version of this when I first heard it. Hi! Interestingly enough, I have another song to share. And the best part is that I just heard the song today and fell in love with it so much, the English version just came to me slowly and soon this was born. ^^

What song was that? It's Utada Hikaru's "Be my last". I seem to have something for Hikki's songs... but I really do love them. ^^

It was another really hard song to sing and I kinda lost it at the end. Like I said, this feels like something I wrote on a scrap piece of paper with the intention of keeping it first before really posting it up or even singing it. But hey, it was worth a try, right? And here's hoping someone who can sing like Hikki could re-sing this for me and make it sound even better.

Suggestions on fixing the lyrics are also welcome.

I may start posting lyrics without singing them as it's quite a pain to leave it around just waiting to be sung. I will post the lyrics and leave a link at the side. Once I have updated it with a song, I will post another notice.

Whether or not I want to use this blog a place for me to post up me singing other songs is debatable. Though I do enjoy singing, it's not something everyone would want to hear and I have my xanga to post up my singing there, though I get no opinions. Ah well... ^^;;;

Sorry it took me forever to put this up. Life has been really hectic for me lately!

Hey there! Just to let you know that I've done some updates. I know how frustrating it is to come into this blog only to find out that the links are dead and you can't hear how it's supposed to be sung. Well, I've uploaded 6 songs into putfile so now you can hear them anytime without having to download it!

The 6 songs are:

- Aka no seijaku
- Lonely in Gorgeous
- Fields of Hope
- Life Goes On
- Amurita

Other songs will require me to re-sing them as either my singing is terrible or the file quality is bad. I will post an update once I have done singing them and putting them up.

I've also ensured that any comments I recieve on this blog, whether it's in the older posts or in the new ones, I will recieve e-mail notifications. Saves me from checking everyday if anyone has posted anything.

I've completed one request (yay!!) and that's "Mafuyu no Veil" by Younha. Though it'll be a while before I put it up as I currently have a bad cough and so my voice isn't really well enough to sing it at the moment. But I will put it up soon. ^^ That goes the same for the FMA songs... (I'm sooo sorry for delaying that one)

I also have non-request songs that I've done and I'll put that up soon once my cough gets better.

Hey hey! Sorry for the lack of activity here. Life has seriously taken the best of me. I'm still translating songs so don't worry! Just bear with me... I can be really slow as I really do take my time when it comes to some songs.

Anyway, I've written this one a loooong time ago, before I began this blog but didn't post it up because I couldn't find the mp3 for this song. I only had the video version, which was what I referred to to making this. I love this song, it's by Utada Hikaru called "Dareka no negai ga kanau koro" or "When someone's wish comes true". I wrote the English version of it mostly to fit my mood at that time, in which I was definitely going through a hard time... and the song stuck in my head and an English version came into my head.

Recently, I found not only the mp3, but also the instrumental version thus I was more than ecstatic to get myself to sing this song and share it with everyone.

Hai! I'm sorry for the really big delay... but as usual, college and assignments got in the way. Even during the holidays I was busy helping out around the house and babysitting my baby cousins.

Took me long enough to finish this... the second song that I'm posting up for the day. Writing the lyrics for this song was tough... it just really took a lot just to figure out what to write, and when I did... it tend to sound odd. Not sure what you guys think though... but I'm somewhat satisfied with it.

Yes, yes... I've finally done it. Request by Vic finally done! I apologize deeply for the lack of activity in this blog, but I am having problems on how I could attract more people into this. I receive very little support on my last work, and am starting to worry whether it would be the same if I kept posting any other work up. -___- I really don't want that to happen but I can't help but worry...

Anyway, yes, I have been translating songs but most of them are not requested. I know I should've posted them anyway but I felt bad... Anyway, I did do some of the requests but I haven't sung yet. Been afraid to sing because I just can't sing well... (even though I've received a lot of compliments, singing isn't really for me to tell you the truth)

Still, I promise to update on this blog as soon as I can. There WILL be changes when I post the next time, and I WILL be posting up more songs. I promise!

I am so sorry for the really late updates. And I must apologize even more because I have not finished any of the requests below except for one. In which... it'll be a while before I post that one up as I actually have a lot of other work to pots up as well. So... please be patient! >__<

Anyway, the song that I translated this time is 'Rewrite' from the anime, Full Metal Alchemist. I know... I'm crazy for actually doing it and I'm really not sure whether you'll like this version or not. I love this song as it has a lot of meaning, and thought I could make it even more meaningful if I made it into English. Though I admit, I couldn't put all of the meaning in, I hope what I've done is good enough.

But for this one, I need two favours. One, if anyone has a karaoke version of this song or know any site where I can get it... PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! Also, here's a very odd request... for those who can sing this version better than me and would like to sing my version complete with audio (once I get the karaoke version of course...) PLEASE CONTACT ME AS WELL!

I'm sorry for not updating this for so long. I've been really really busy with college work and I've been going through a heck load of problems. Just to let you know that I have recieved all of your requests and am trying to find time to work on them. I got excerpts here and there but I've yet to complete a finalise version.

(Takes a deep breath) Phew... I actually succeeded in finishing 'Koikaze'! @.@ It took a while but I actually did it!

It took a while for me to actually come up with a few lines for me to work on (it's how I do it) but meh... I like the result. I only hope the others... especially Mr. Fish... would like it as well. So here it goes!

Got a lot to learn about Blogger... there's still a lot of things I need to fix on this blog. So please bear with it at the moment. Need suggestions on how to fix this place is welcome...

Ok, putting another song up. This one is the ever famous Tooi Kono Machi De from the first Cardcaptor Sakura The Movie. I really love this song and it always made me think of how I should live my life.

The english version came to me easily... but there was one paragraph that I struggled, which is the verse before the last two chorus (Though in the past I have been crushed so many times...). It kinda strays from the original, but I wanted to make that verse as meaningful as possible. So the result is as seen.

Please let me know what you think... Feels like it needs improving.

EDITED: I've actually changed the lyrics here and there, so please look out for it. Plus I decided to add my voice clip in here to get you a better picture. This is just tentative since, I beleieve, this song can be widely improved (plus my singing). Suggestions and such are much appreciated.

All right, this song is from the anime Saishuu Heiki Kanojo/She, the Ultimate Weapon/Saikano. My most favourite anime of all time, this song is the ending for this series. When I first heard it, I knew I was going to like it. With it's sad tone and heartfeeling lyrics, I was soon drawn to this song.

But who would've guessed that I'd come up with the first few verses in English during my exam? Lol! It took me a while to complete it though. I really wanted the lyrics to echo the same feelings as the Japanese one. Whether I've succedeed in this, I'm not sure. Feel free to comment on how it is and whether it's done well or needs improving.

So here it goes, my first post in this blog. I kinda have high expectations for it... but nya, I'm pretty much happy that I'm following my heart in a way.
